Information about you: how we use it and with whom we share it
The information you provide will be used by the University to direct your enquiry to the most appropriate person at The Farr Institute’s partner universities.
We are using information about you because you have submitted the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website and have freely given your consent to be contacted by staff at The Farr Institute’s member universities in order to answer your enquiry
Information about you will not be shared with third parties and will only be shared with the relevant member university in order to answer your enquiry. For a list of these universities, please visit ‘Who We Are’.
We will hold the personal data you provided us with for 3 months after which your enquiry will be deleted, along with your personal information.
Automated decision making
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making processes. Some processes are semi-automated (such as anti-fraud data matching) but a human decision maker will always be involved before any decision is reached in relation to you.
If you have any questions, please contact Cherry Martin, Communications Manager, firstname.lastname@example.org, in the first instance.
